All of our products are made to order.
This means each item is individually crafted once your order is placed. 
Production time takes approximately 3 to 4 weeks before your order is ready to ship.

We offer worldwide shipping, including all countries within the European Union (EU),
the United Kingdom (UK), North America, Asia, and other international destinations.

Processing & Shipping Times
⁠Production Time: 3–4 weeks (made to order)
Shipping Time (after production):
EU: 3–7 business days
UK: 3–8 business days
⁠USA/Canada: 5–10 business days
Rest of World: 7–14 business days

SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and preferred shipping method.
We offer free shipping on orders over 700€ 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES
⁠For orders within the EU, prices include VAT, and no customs duties apply.
For international orders, you are responsible for any customs duties,
VAT, or import taxes that may apply based on your country’s regulations.


RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Return Conditions
⁠Items must be returned within 14 days of notifying us.
Items must be in original condition, unused, and with original packaging.
⁠Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Because each product is custom made to order, returns for change of mind may be limited.
If your item is faulty or not as described, we will honor your full consumer rights, including a full refund or replacement.

Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the status.
Approved refunds will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
